looking for a Senior level Technical Support Engineer to perform post-sales technical support of the IntelliSight Analytics and Dashboard Monitoring solutions.

This individual will be responsible for assisting end-user and professional services consultants with support related to product use, as well as issues affecting product functionality and performance. He/she will also be responsible for authoring knowledgebase articles and FAQs.

5+ years experience providing customer facing support
Excellent ability in troubleshooting complex technical issues
Proven track record of working in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Ability to learn quickly and be self-motivated
Ability to remain focused in high pressure situations
Proficient in SQL (Vsql a plus)
Knowledge of clustered database architecture (HP Vertica preferred)
Knowlede of MicroStrategy Data Analytics platform
Knowledge of Apache Hadoop
Knowledge of Cloudera cluster management software
Knowledge of fixed and mobile telephony protocols a definite plus (SIP,SS7,RTP/RTCP,2G,3G,4G/LTE)
Proficient with Linux operating system
Knowledge of Apache Tomcat and OpenAM a plus

Salary 6 Lac To 12 Lac P.A.
